Refund Policy

90-day Return/Refund Policy - Extreme Rewards will refund the following only on unused, unopened COMPLETE packages of bottles that are returned within 90 days of the date of purchase of the product.

If Packages sent to Members are returned due to bad address or failure to accept, there will be additional shipping charges to re-ship packages as follows:
- Address Correction Fee = $7.95 (If applicable), Plus the normal shipping and handling charge.
- Individual, Premium, and Upgrade Member Orders - Reshipping Charge = Re-ship $19.95
- All other orders will be assessed the normal shipping charge to re-ship.
Ex: EnviroMax Plus Order $52.95 returned due to bad address
- Reship = $7.95 address correction + $10.95 s & h = Total of $18.90
Ex: EnviroMax Plus Order $52.95 returned due to refusal to accept
- Reship = $10.95

* There are no refunds or returns on Promotional Materials.
* Orders Larger than those listed below are not eligible for Refunds.

CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE SENDING ANY PACKAGES BACK

Step 1: Contact Customer Service for a return label, and if returning EnviroMax Plus, an MSDS sheet.

Step 2: All returns MUST be sent in the ORIGINAL UNOPENED BOX that you received in the original shipment. UPS will not accept returns in any other boxes. Remove all UPS delivery information. Using clear tape, adhere the return label. DO NOT write it on the box.

Step 3: Extreme Rewards will have prepaid the shipping charge, and then deduct it from your refund.

Step 4: All returns MUST be returned via UPS (United Parcel Service). Take to your local UPS store. DO NOT TAKE TO THE US POST OFFICE.

When Refunds Checks are issued:
Refund checks are issued monthly with the Commissions checks. All Refund checks will be processed on the 15th of the month. To receive your refund, you must have obtained and RMA#, and your shipment must be verified returned by the Returns Center below.

All marketing to create referrals including direct mail, flyers, business cards, & meetings etc.; delivered in person, by email, fax or postal mail must reflect that you are an "Independent Members of Extreme Rewards." Failure to do so will be considered a violation of our policies and procedures. Thank you for your understanding and your adherence to this policy.

Cancellations must be received by the end of the day on the 10th of the month, or they will not be processed until the following month. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax or mail via the account change form. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. We also cannot guarantee the receipt of your email request to cancel

Any Member who desires to cancel or downgrade their monthly order, must agree to cancel their Rewards account. When you do this you will also forfeit your Rewards Tree position.

There are three options:

1 - Best Option - Downgrade to a 60 Day EnviroMax Plus Order:
You can choose to downgrade your order to 2 bottles of EnviroMax Plus every 60 days. This will allow you to remain a Members with an active Rewards account.

2. Downgrade to Retail Customer and cancel Rewards account.
This allows you to order products when you desire with no commitments.

3 - Cancel Account Completely
When you Cancel completely, you will not be able to order as a Retail Customer in the future.

1) By Fax:
All faxed cancellation requests must include a signature, and be receive at Customer Service by the end of the business day on the 10th of the calendar month. Any requests received after the 10th of the month will be processed the following month.

2) By mail

Access the Account change form and mail to:

We can not and will not guarantee the receipt of your email request to cancel. If you decide to email a cancellation request, you are responsible for confirming delivery. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, send your cancellation via Fax
