GUARANTY OF EMP INTERNATIONAL, S.A. TO USERS OF ENVIROMAX PLUS PATENTED FUEL CATALYST.

EMP INTERNATIONAL, S.A, grants this guaranty exclusively to users of ENVIRO MAX PLUS within the United States. This guaranty is limited and will be valid only for the original purchaser invoiced by EXTREME RESEARCH, INC or a customer who purchased the product from a CoPartner/Affiliate of EXTREME RESEARCH, INC.

EMP INTERNATIONAL, S.A. will repair all damages caused to any engine, without charge to the user, when the failure of or damage to any engine is caused by the proper use of ENVIRO MAX PLUS.

The product is sealed when delivered to the consumer, and it is accompanied with the instructions for correct use. It is responsibility of the consumer to properly use the product.

THIS GUARANTY IS NOT VALID IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- When EMP has been used in any manner other than that specified by EXTREME RESEARCH, INC
- When EMP has not been used in accordance with the instructions specified by EXTREME RESEARCH, INC
- When EMP has been used with any other fuel additive or catalyst.
- When the motor has been repaired by persons or at a shop not authorized by EMP INTERNATIONAL, S.A.

EMP INTERNATIONAL, S.A., makes no other guaranty, express or implied. This guaranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies mandated by State of Federal law.

In the event a user of EnviroMax Plus believes that any damage has been caused by the proper use of EMP, the user must contact the Florida Service Office at the address below, to obtain a claim form. After submitting a claim form, the service office will direct you to a local repair center for evaluation.
