Rules for Packaging Returns - Send only via United Parcel Service


Use the Original Box as follows:

• Return ONLY unopened bottles in the original box
• Keep the same label and circle the Extreme Research Address on the top left of the label. Then write the word "To:" above it
• Cross out with a black marker the remaining parts of the original label
• Place your return address in top left corner
• Place the new UPS Label under the Extreme Research address over the original label
• Write your RMA# on 2 different places on the box. The best place is under the label and on one of the sides that does NOT already have markings
  

Markings on the Box Must Be Visible

The original markings on the sides of the original box must be completely visible

DON'T COVER UP THE MARKINGS

Any boxes that have the original markings covered up, will be refused by UPS or returned to your address. In this example the bottom right corner "O-RMD" marking is covered by packaging tape.
